Got an optional brief to create a visually interesting 24 day advent calendar. I did my own version using the 12 days of christmas. Im illustrating postcards for each day :) (some are weaker than others but i was under a time limit!)

Uni

work, nearly done ish. These are my final photographed book and sandwich boxes images. woopah. :)
The sandwich boxes are 'old school' sandwiches so designed the tab to make it look like a tie.

Habitat

Initial ideas for 'rebrand' Habitat brief. The logo is supposed to be a lamp/bird house, trying to make it more playful as Habitat is seen as a pretty sterile company. Have to design bags, signage, gift cards etc. :)

Valentines

Mantel piece, procrastination from impending uni deadline. :) knitted hearts, ribbons and chocolates. yum.





































And heres an illustration I submitted to The Birdcage for a Christmas art sale, unfortunately some drunken person knocked it off and smashed the original frame but i recycled frames and gifted it to someone instead :)

Assessment times

tried all day trying to make something look embroidered digitally, tried 3 different tutorials (all pretty awful) and ended up doing it myself. I think it looks alrightt but literally bane of my life this afternoon!

blargh. Finishing off some work, heres some book jacket designs for 'Killer Poker'. Idea was to represent the skill level in the tpe of card, also when all books are displayed they make a line up. Going to print them on some off white textured paper to get a more rugged effect so they wont be as crispyy.
got lots to do in 2 weeks, bugger.
